Quarter One Highlights
NHAF Official Formation & 501(c)(3) Submission
We are thrilled to announce that NeuroHope Africa Foundation has been officially formed and that we have submitted our application for 501(c)(3) nonprofit status! This is a significant step in solidifying our mission and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our programs and initiatives.Website and Social Media Revamp
We have updated our website and social media accounts to better connect with our community and supporters. These improvements enhance our ability to share updates, success stories, and fundraising opportunities with a broader audience. Our leadership team has grown! We are excited to welcome new board members who bring valuable expertise and a passion for advancing neurological care across Africa. Their contributions will strengthen our strategic direction and outreach efforts.Fundraising Progress: On Our Way to $700K!
Thanks to our dedicated donors and partners, NHAF has made significant strides toward our ambitious goal of raising $700,000 in 2025. This funding will help us finalize the construction documents for the East Africa Neuroscience Institute and prepare us to break ground in Q1 2026. While we celebrate our early success, we still have work to do—your continued support is crucial!
Looking Ahead: Quarter Two Goals
Scaling Our Fundraising Efforts – We are pushing forward to meet our $700K goal by engaging more donors and launching new fundraising campaigns.
On-the-Ground Initiatives: Our team will hold virtual sessions to define the scope of the East Africa Neuroscience Institute and discuss short-term and long-term sustainability. These discussions will shape our strategic approach and ensure a strong foundation for future impact.
Community Awareness Campaigns – Raising awareness about neurological disorders and the importance of early intervention through media and grassroots efforts.
